For any adults experiencing sleep problems and the negative effects of this on your health, wellness and daily functioning, there is a resolution to be found through working with me.

I offer comprehensive initial assessment where I will collate information about your sleep concerns and any factors affecting your sleep including your medical background, routines, habits and thoughts, and your health and lifestyle. This information will be analysed by me, and be used to inform and create a bespoke package for you.

Your package will always involve sleep education as it’s vital to debunk myths and normalise certain sleep factors, as well as provide you with the basics of sleep science so that you understand the recommended strategies and interventions. I will work with you to identify your unique sleep profile to help us create your ideal routines for day and night which we can then monitor and adjust over the time we work together. According to your needs, our sessions may then also include environmental adjustments, sleep hygiene, relaxation training, anxiety, stress and/or mood management, coaching to explore and change certain behaviours and beliefs interfering with sleep and lifestyle alterations.

You will be asked to complete sleep diaries as part of the assessment and programme so that we can monitor and adjust your routines accordingly for the most effective treatment.

The aim of our work together is not to restrict you but to free you of the restrictions of poor sleep and allow you to do all the things you enjoy in life to get back to being you.

  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation

    For any adult wanting to discuss their sleep concerns and learn simple strategies to implement for improved sleep.

    You don’t have to be experiencing insomnia to benefit from this session; these strategies can help you develop more effective daytime routines based around your sleep physiology for enhanced overall health, wellbeing and productivity.

    Includes:

    • 1 x call/zoom call to complete your comprehensive sleep assessment (up to 60 minutes).

    • 14 nights sleep diary completed at home by you.

    • Personalised sleep report summarising your information, our discussion and recommendations.

    • 30 minute call/zoom call feedback session to discuss your report.

    You will come away with increased understanding of your own sleep needs and some practical strategies to use to improve your experience of sleep.

  • Short Initial Consultation

    For those of you looking for help to address their sleep problems however may be on a tighter budget.

    Includes:

    • 1 x call/zoom call to complete your sleep assessment (up to 90 minutes).

    • You will come away with a clearer understanding of why you are experiencing your sleep issues and some techniques and strategies to implement for improved sleep.

      Price: £145

  • Follow up Consultations

    Individual sessions for adults wanting further support following assessment implement their recommended strategies and techniques.

    This is where we will spend time further looking at your individual sleep needs and struggles and work on implementing and reviewing strategies, seeing what works and what needs tweaking.

    Sessions can include coaching around stress and anxiety management which often impact negatively on not only sleep but other aspects of life.

    £75 per 45 minutes - call/zoom call

    £100 per 45 minutes face to face (location to be within Surrey and Borders area UK)

  • Rested Head Course

    Great for:

    Anyone with ongoing sleep concerns that you want to address. You may have difficulties falling asleep, maintaining sleep, or you don’t feel refreshed despite what you feel is a good amount of sleep. You’re not feeling overly anxious or worried however you know you want to get things sorted.

    Includes:

    Comprehensive initial consultation (see above for details).

    4 x individual follow up sessions (up to 60 minutes each) - usually weekly however can be adapted to suit your needs.

    Reasonable email/message support between sessions.

  • Full Refresh Course

    Great for:

    Anyone experiencing long term sleep issues or insomnia. You find yourself regularly having difficulties falling asleep/maintaining sleep/waking early. You feel that your sleep issues have a significant negative impact on your daily functioning, emotional wellbeing and relationships. You are experiencing anxiety about your sleep and feel that more intensive support would be most beneficial.

    Includes:

    Comprehensive initial consultation ( see above for details).

    8 x individual sessions (up to 60 minutes each) - usually weekly however can be adapted to suit your needs.

    Final session focuses on developing your personalised relapse prevention plan.

    Reasonable email/message support between sessions and for 2 weeks post course completion.
